specific CC help needed (stu help me out here)

okay so i have been trying to do this for a while and simply cannot figure out the "formula" (ie take out reds, raise blues, ect. ect.)

the specific effect is the 3rd corrected photo here

i really love the clear, blueish CC (i wanna say it looks pure, and unreal almost) and i wanna use the same technique on some of my own photos but simply cannot figure it out

for the cockpit photo i brought the original into photoshop and went to work on it but i simply could not figure it out

Have you tried watching the tutorial on reg giant TV?

It uses specific software, but the concepts are the same for any cc tool..

also consider using multiple layers of the same material. (assuming AE) the right transfer mode can impart that "inner glow" unreal look.. by simply duplicating the layer and setting the transfer mode (YMMV)
